Refund & Cancellation Policy

At PopnationGo, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, payment defaults, and trip changes are handled. By booking a trip or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

1. Deposits

Unless otherwise stated, all deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative costs and payments made to suppliers.

2. Cancellation by the Traveler

If you choose to cancel your trip, cancellation fees may apply based on the timing of your cancellation and the policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers.

Refund eligibility is determined after deducting any:

  • Non-refundable deposits

  • Supplier cancellation penalties

  • Processing or administrative fees

  • Non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf

Some bookings may be 100% non-refundable, regardless of when cancellation occurs. These conditions will be communicated before or at the time of booking whenever applicable.

3. Missed Payments

Failure to make scheduled payments by the due date may result in:

  • Cancellation of your reservation;

  • Loss of your deposit and any payments already made;

  • Additional supplier penalties; and/or

  • Reinstatement fees if your booking can be restored.

PopnationGo is not responsible for reservations canceled due to missed payment deadlines.

4. Changes to Your Booking

Requests to change travel dates, names, accommodations, flights, or other reservation details are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Any approved changes may result in:

  • Change fees charged by suppliers;

  • Fare or price differences;

  • Administrative service fees; and

  • Additional taxes or charges.

Certain reservations cannot be changed after confirmation.

5. Refund Processing

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Refunds are issued only after PopnationGo receives refunded funds from the applicable travel supplier(s), when applicable.

  • Processing times vary depending on the supplier and your payment provider.

  • Refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Service fees or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless required by law.

6. Cancellation or Changes by Suppliers

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel suppliers may cancel, delay, modify, or discontinue travel services without notice.

PopnationGo acts as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers and is not responsible for supplier decisions. Any refunds, credits, or compensation are subject to the supplier's policies and terms.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation will be provided for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by events beyond PopnationGo's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions or travel restrictions

  • War or civil unrest

  • Terrorism

  • Public health emergencies or pandemics

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Other unforeseen events

Refunds or travel credits, if available, will depend solely on the policies of the applicable travel suppliers.

8. Travel Insurance

PopnationGo strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking.

Travel insurance may help protect you against financial loss resulting from:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption;

  • Medical emergencies;

  • Illness or injury;

  • Missed flights or connections;

  • Lost or delayed baggage;

  • Emergency evacuation; and

  • Other unexpected travel disruptions.

Declining travel insurance means you accept the financial risk associated with unforeseen events.
