Welcome to PopnationGo. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, submitting information, booking a trip, making payments, and participating in a PopnationGo travel experience.
By using this website, submitting a form, making a payment, or booking a trip with PopnationGo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About PopnationGo
PopnationGo provides curated and guided travel experiences focused on Africa, beginning with Senegal. Our services may include trip planning, local transportation, guided activities, cultural experiences, translation support, lodging coordination, food coordination, and daily trip guidance.
PopnationGo is designed to help travelers experience Senegal with structure, support, and local guidance. We are not an airline, embassy, government agency, hospital, insurance company, or passport office.
2. Eligibility to Book
To book a PopnationGo trip, you must be at least 18 years old or have written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By booking, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate, including your legal name, contact information, emergency contact, passport status, health details, food allergies, and travel preferences.
3. Trip Pricing
Trip prices will be listed on the website, trip packet, booking agreement, or payment page.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, the trip price does not include international flights. Travelers are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights.
PopnationGo may provide general flight guidance, but travelers are responsible for purchasing the correct flight, arriving on time, and following airline rules.
4. What May Be Included
Depending on the trip package, PopnationGo may include some or all of the following:

Local transportation
-
Airport pickup and/or drop-off

Planned activities
-
Selected meals
-
Translation support

Cultural guidance

Local support during the trip

Group coordination

Experience planning and scheduling
The exact items included will be listed in the official trip packet or booking agreement for that specific trip.
5. What Is Not Included
Unless clearly stated in writing, the following are not included:

International flights

Passport fees
-
Visa or entry requirement fees

Travel insurance
-
Personal shopping
-
Extra food, snacks, or drinks outside the planned meals

Extra activities not listed in the trip packet

Medical expenses
-
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

Airline baggage fees
-
Phone service, roaming, or internet costs
-
Costs caused by missed flights, delays, cancellations, or personal schedule changes
6. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to reserve your spot. Your spot is not confirmed until your required deposit or payment is received and accepted by PopnationGo.
Payment plans may be offered when available. If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for making payments on time.
Final payment deadlines will be listed in the trip packet, booking agreement, invoice, or payment instructions.
If payments are late, PopnationGo may cancel your reservation and apply the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, missed payments, and trip changes are handled according to PopnationGo’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By booking or making payment, you agree to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to help protect themselves against unexpected emergencies, illness, missed flights, personal cancellations, or travel disruptions.
8. Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements
Travelers are responsible for having a valid passport and meeting all entry requirements for the destination country.
PopnationGo may provide general reminders, but it is the traveler’s responsibility to check passport validity, visa rules, vaccination requirements, airline requirements, and government travel guidance before departure.
PopnationGo is not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding, denied entry, delayed, or removed from a trip because of passport, visa, airline, immigration, or government-related issues.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may help cover certain issues such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost baggage, flight delays, or other covered travel problems.
PopnationGo is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
10. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility
International travel involves risks. These risks may include illness, injury, weather issues, transportation delays, lost items, theft, cultural differences, political conditions, government restrictions, activity-related risks, and other unexpected situations.
By joining a PopnationGo trip, you understand and accept that travel comes with risk.
Travelers are responsible for their own health, behavior, personal belongings, decisions, and safety awareness.
You agree to follow reasonable safety guidance provided by PopnationGo, local guides, transportation providers, activity vendors, lodging staff, and local authorities.
11. Medical Conditions and Allergies
Travelers must inform PopnationGo of any important medical conditions, food allergies, physical limitations, medications, or special needs before the trip.
PopnationGo will try to reasonably support traveler needs when possible, but we cannot guarantee that every destination, restaurant, activity, vehicle, lodging space, or local provider can accommodate every medical or dietary need.
Travelers are responsible for bringing needed medications, medical supplies, and health-related items.
12. Activities and Itinerary Changes
PopnationGo plans trips carefully, but schedules may change.
Activities, restaurants, lodging, transportation, timing, routes, and daily plans may be adjusted because of weather, vendor availability, safety concerns, local conditions, traffic, delays, group needs, or other circumstances.
PopnationGo reserves the right to adjust the itinerary when necessary to protect the group, improve the experience, or respond to unexpected conditions.
13. Third-Party Vendors
Some parts of the trip may be provided by third-party vendors, such as drivers, hotels, restaurants, activity providers, guides, tailors, tour operators, or transportation companies.
PopnationGo may coordinate with these providers, but we do not fully control their actions, schedules, policies, staffing, equipment, pricing changes, or service quality.
PopnationGo is not responsible for injuries, delays, losses, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party vendors, except where required by law.
14. Traveler Behavior
Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward PopnationGo staff, other travelers, local people, vendors, drivers, guides, lodging staff, and community members.
PopnationGo may remove a traveler from the trip without refund if the traveler:

Threatens or harms others

Harasses others
-
Disrespects local laws or customs

Refuses to follow safety guidance

Uses illegal drugs
-
Causes repeated disruptions
-
Damages property
-
Puts themselves or the group at risk
-
Acts in a way that negatively affects the trip experience
If a traveler is removed from the trip, they are responsible for any extra costs, including transportation, lodging, flights, or personal expenses.
15. Photos and Videos
PopnationGo may take photos and videos during the trip for memories, documentation, and marketing purposes.
Travelers will be asked about photo and video consent before or during the booking process.
If you do not want to be used in marketing content, you must notify PopnationGo in writing and complete the Photo/Video Consent Form.
16. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to damage the website, submit false information, copy our content without permission, or use PopnationGo materials for illegal or harmful purposes.
All website content, including text, photos, videos, branding, trip descriptions, and design elements, belongs to PopnationGo unless otherwise stated.
17. Payments and Processing Fees
Payments may be processed through Wix Payments, Stripe, Square, PayPal, or another approved payment provider.
Payment providers may charge processing fees. PopnationGo is not responsible for third-party payment processing issues, bank delays, declined payments, card disputes, or payment provider policies.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a payment, contact PopnationGo first so we can review the issue.
Filing a chargeback after receiving services, reserving a spot, or agreeing to the booking terms may result in cancellation of your trip and possible collection of unpaid balances, fees, or damages where allowed by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PopnationGo is not responsible for indirect, unexpected, or personal losses related to travel, including but not limited to missed flights, airline issues, government actions, illness, injury, theft, lost items, weather, delays, vendor issues, personal emergencies, or traveler decisions.
PopnationGo’s responsibility is limited to the services clearly promised in the trip packet, booking agreement, or written communication.
20. No Guarantee of Exact Experience
PopnationGo works to provide a strong, organized, and meaningful travel experience. However, we cannot guarantee that every traveler will have the same personal experience, emotions, outcomes, weather, activity access, vendor interaction, or schedule.
Travel is real life. Some parts may change, and travelers are expected to remain flexible.
21. Changes to These Terms
PopnationGo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this website with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
